By using TestimonialToolkit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
TestimonialToolkit provides tools for collecting, managing, and displaying customer testimonials on your website. This includes embeddable widgets, review funnels, feedback forms, and a Wall of Love display. The Service is available as a web application and as a Shopify app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of all testimonial content collected through the Service. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from individuals whose testimonials you collect and display. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display testimonial content as necessary to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. For Shopify merchants, billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may not use the Service to collect or display fraudulent testimonials, impersonate others, distribute spam, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required by law.
